Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily construction operations, managing teams and coordinating the flow of work and materials.
- Enforcing safety regulations, identifying and eliminating hazards, and ensuring that all work is conducted according to safety protocols
- Monitoring the quality of work, ensuring it meets design specifications, and reviewing technical documents submitted by subcontractors.
- Tracking project progress, identifying potential delays, and taking corrective actions to keep the project on schedule.
- Managing materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize project efficiency.
- Maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and other departments, and preparing reports on project status.
- Interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints, and utilizing construction software and tools for project analysis.
