Job Description
| SKILLS | |
| 1 | Able to interact with Elecrical Engineer as per requirement, understand engineering drawings and standards to be followed. |
| 2 | Capable to verify connections of HT/LT side and inspect bolt/lugs and solder of electrical connections. |
| 3 | Have knowledge star and delta connection in three phase system. |
| 4 | Have exposure of the different types of electrical engineering materials and their uses. |
| 5 | Knows the safety precautions in handling tools and equipment. |
| 6 | Able to intruct electrician about uses and maintain the tools. |
| 7 | Knows the working principle of CT & PT and their use. |
| 8 | Knows the use of DC regulated power supply, auto transformer/variacs. |
| 9 | Able to draw and explain the different types of electrical wiring circuits to electrician |
| 10 | Able to suggest proper type of wiring system as per site requirement. |
| 11 | Have skill of power wiring for industrial systems. |
| 12 | Knows the different types of fuses and calculate the size of fuse wire. |
| 13 | Knows the different types of substations. |
| 14 | Able to perform electrical shock treatment. |
| 15 | Capable in drawing & explaining the symbols, abbreviations used in transformer designing to the subordinates. |
| 16 | Knows the hysteresis losses and eddy current losses in magnetic material. |
| 17 | Supervise the different tests required for a transformer |
| 18 | Knows the different types of power rectification circuit with silicon diodes. |
| 19 | Knows the explain different types of power rectification circuit with different types of filter circuits. |
| 20 | Supervise electrician in fault finding of different types of inverter circuit with charger. |
| 21 | Tell subordinates about the construction and operating principle of DC generator, DC Motor |
| 22 | Train subordinates to carry out, servicing and repair of DC generators, , operating principle of transformer, alternator, three phase induction motor. |
| 23 | Train subordinates to repair faults in alternator and install the alternator. |
| 24 | Train subordinates to test and identify the terminal of a DC generator, DC motor & three phase induction motor. |
| 25 | Train subordinates to test a three-phase induction motor for insulation resistance and earth effectiveness. |
| 26 | Supervise in connecting with suitable starter, to start and run the DC motor. |
| 27 | Supervise in connecting with suitable starter to start and run three phase induction motor. |
| 28 | Record and report about the work done in site. |
| 29 | Folllow safety regulation at work place. |
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years in similar field.
Other Condition:
- Interview in Mumbai Office

- 5 years contract
- Duty hours – 9 hrs.
